The Details

Immerse yourself in the mythology of yoga, yogic theming and movement!

In this 25-hour training with Adina Kelman, you will deepen and inspire your yoga practice by exploring the rich stories of Hindu mythology. The Power of Mythology, sets the foundation for understanding not only the physical postures of your practice, but the basic philosophy that is the very backbone of yoga. By understanding the narratives of the gods, you will be able to deepen the connection to self, enriching your physical and philosophical practice both on and off the mat.

Daily practice throughout the training serves to exemplify the link between storytelling, movement and the ideas that make yoga a unique and comprehensive methodology. This course, while not a prerequisite, is strongly recommended before taking Divine Feminine Power.
